In 2018-2019, Bean Group Global provided training, technical assistance and coaching support to more than 100 USAID/Pakistan staff leaders. USAID/Pakistan leads one of the largest, most complex and significant portfolios for USAID globally. With greater responsibilities placed on local staff, USAID’s management culture and staff motivation levels had to flex and stretch to cover its extensive portfolio. BGG’s training and coaching support helped leaders at all levels broaden skills in self-awareness, change management, and encouraged a shift in mindset. The coaching experience with BGG positioned USAID Pakistan to be able to better coordinate with government counterparts, donors, the private sector and improve workforce morale.
