BGG is excited to work on the multi-year USAID/Philippines Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Development (CLAimDev) Activity implemented by Panagora Group.
BGG will work with each USAID technical and support office to customize their CLA learning agenda to strengthen collaboration within and across the USAID/Philippines Mission and to improve the use of evidence for learning. Through assessments and workshops, BGG will develop CLA capacity strengthening and leadership plans customized to each office as well as provide a Social Network Analysis snapshot to better understand how information circulates throughout the Mission. These endeavors will strengthen the USAID/Philippines Mission as they identify areas for continuous learning, evidence-based adaptation, and capacity strengthening—ultimately fostering country self-resilience.
