Starting in April 2021, BGG partnered with the USAID-funded Human Resources for Health in 2030 Program (HRH2030), implemented by a consortium led by Chemonics. BGG introduced the Leader-as-Coach Accelerator Program (LCAP) to strengthen HRH2030’s Capacity Building for Malaria services across five countries in West Africa.
The LCAP is BGG’s signature learning program, designed to impart leadership and coaching skills through a blended-learning approach featuring workshops, one-on-one coaching, and community of practice sessions. Through this blended-learning model, the LCAP expands participants’ capacity to coach and strengthens their ability to successfully transfer knowledge to their peers in the National Malaria Control Programs.
