Since Spring 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically altered how and where business gets done. In order to help companies and organizations better understand the business and leadership implications of this shift, Bean Group Global (BGG) and Six-Point Creative, experts in organizational transformation and experts in strategic positioning, respectively, teamed up to find ways to operate seamlessly in the new work environment.
Bean Group Global and Six-Point Creative combined their areas of expertise to offer a two-part, iterative survey — Leading in a Hybrid World — aimed at identifying how leaders and their teams are connecting and adapting (Part 1), and where and how customer and client relationships have been impacted by this shift to a remote world (Part 2). The survey series was conducted in the Spring of 2021 and was shared and advertised through the 10,000 Small Businesses network, BGG’s contacts, social media, and company website.
BGG was able to gather insight on team and client relations from its mainly C-Level respondents from the Consulting industry, as well as from industries like Commercial Services and Technology and Manufacturing.
