Leader as Coach Accelerator Program (LCAP), Human Resources for Health in 2030 (HRH2030) Capacity Building for Malaria

BGG designed and implemented the innovative Leader-as-Coach Accelerator Program (LCAP) to support Chemonics' HRH2030 Capacity Building for Malaria. This cohort-based learning program accelerated the uptake of leadership and coaching skills for embedded technical advisors in West African health ministries. With improved coaching skills, advisors shifted from providing solutions and “doing the work” to guiding ministry staff through the decision-making process and ultimately, implementation.
